CLEANING THE ENERGY “ENVELOPE”

In the past week or perhaps ten days I have been bombarded by memory vignettes or little “mental movies” from many of my life experiences long since passed and presumably forgotten. Those movies were not beautiful stories of happy Christmases and had nothing to do with the holidays. Instead they were events and feelings involving the not-so-agreeable me with other people and situations. The pictures and emotions frequently marched in just as I was waking in the morning. Startling and uncomfortable to say the least.

As I discussed these ongoing dream-like experiences with a number of my metaphysical friends, I discovered that my unusual and very crowded memory presentations were also occurring to others in regard to their personal memories. On closer examination of the time we are living in, the reason became clear.
This special time in which you and I chose to incarnate is calling for, no, forcefully demanding the MOST THOROUGH CLEARING AND CLEANING of our energy bodies that has ever been required of our souls.

We are all familiar with the devastating effects of recent weather events; the tornadoes, the earth quakes, the floods. In this cycle we have all been confronted with happenings that were not easy to watch or understand. There is much talk about the possibility of going forward into the fifth dimension. Many believe that those sweeping and damaging effects are one of the ways the earth has of clearing herself to prepare for her own evolution and eventual ascension.

Fortunately in our human experience we have less destructive or violent ways of preparing ourselves to evolve and ascend. Knowing this we need to begin our own method of clearing now. When you begin working with your own issues I suggest as troublesome memories surface there likely will be a number of them that seem to be unimportant or even trivial. The rational tendency would be to ignore those. Let your intuition do the decision making instead. Your deeper wisdom will tell you that any memory that carries enough energy to confront you is neither unimportant nor trivial! All of these memories need to be addressed and resolved.

Years ago I remember enjoying a professional massage when a particularly “silly” picture of the past came to mind. It was then I realized how much information we apparently hide or store not only in our many energy bodies or “envelope” but in our muscles and joints. Surprising to me that such a memory could settle there for an extended period of time. However, it impressed me with the fact that before we act we need to look carefully at our motivations and desires, deciding always to come completely from the energy of the highest Light. And when we fail to do that, which we will from time to time, we must forgive ourselves and immediately release the seeming error.

Now is the time to use a daily practice of forgiveness for ourselves and our actions as well as for others and their actions. Today and every day we must love and forgive, casting out hurtful judgments, until we are returned to our originally intended state of purity, that state of all encompassing Light and Love. Yes, ascension can be more than a goal. Ascension can be our reality!
My wish for you is that perfect Light and Love pour from your mind and heart in such unending vibrant waves that all those whom you encounter are blessed and healed.
