As you go through the day, feel your emotions when you speak or think. Your emotions can be depended upon to measure and analyze the nature of your energy output. Emotions also act as a strong magnifier. What are you creating for yourself and others?

Will you benefit? Will your family benefit? Will your friends benefit from the way you are thinking and speaking?

Do you desire health? Think and speak healthy. Tell yourself what health is to you, what it looks like, what it feels like. Ask yourself how much health you want and are willing to have.
