YOU ARE IN GREAT COMPANY!

From time to time each of us may experience a feeling of being alone. We may encounter some sadness and loneliness. For instance, when we lose a spouse or a partner, there seems to be a huge void in our lives. If a friend becomes distant or withdraws from us, we are hurt. If a pet is lost, there is emptiness in our heart.

The good news is that no one is ever truly alone; neither do we have to “go it alone”. The Spirit they sustains each of us is always present. The great cosmic “I AM” is always within reach. Call out to your god. That creative energy stands waiting for your call.

If today you are feeling alone, know that you are not. You are in great company! Standing right beside you are your special angels, guides and teachers. Ask for what you need.

I remember a dear friend of mine who was use to speaking to her mother every day. They were as close as two people can be. Even though they lived only a few miles apart, every afternoon Betty called her mother just to talk. Then her mother passed away.

For awhile, Betty was at a complete loss. Months passed and Betty continued to mourn her loss. Thanksgiving arrived but there was no mother to help with the dinner. Then she had an idea. She thought about all the people in the area who would have no special dinner.

She got busy inviting and cooking! It wasn’t long before she felt better than she had in a long time. In creating a happy time for others, she accessed her own happiness.

You have a purpose! Realize that you are supremely talented and unique. Know that you are valuable and special. When you encounter any form of loneliness, many times the answer can be as simple as using your individual talent to benefit some other person or group. Your gifts want to be used.

Your high self and your own spirit are eager to give you ideas. The trick is to ask, receive and act! Remember that you live, work and have your being IN GREAT COMPANY!
